Q: “Can I change or modify my order?”

After an order has been accepted, we are unable to make any changes to any existing order. Please contact us via Live Chat (Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST), or email us at support@vinsguir.com. We may be able to cancel the order and begin a new order. If the order has already began to process, no changes can be made and a return request will need to be initiated upon delivery.

Q: “Where are your products manufactured?”

The raw materials and accessories of our products come from many countries, and the final assembly and production are in China.

Q: “How do I use the products, do you have training guide?”

Most of our products have electronic training guides, which you can download for free on our Training Guide page.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: “What shipping methods do you offer?”

We store our inventory and fulfill all Trideer orders from the Amazon fulfillment center. Orders from countries or regions outside the U.S. are fulfilled from other international warehouses.

Q: “Where do you ship my order??”

We usually dispatch item(s) within 1-3 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). Order processing may take longer during promotion and festival events. We seek your understanding and patience.

Q: “Can I change shipping address?”

Please contact us immediately via Live Chat (Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST), email us at support@trideer.com for any changes regarding the delivery address. But our orders usually start processing within 1 hour,changes to shipping address may not be possible if the order has begun to process. A customer support representative may be able to provide further information.

Q: “When can I receive my order?”

Estimated Delivery Time: 3-7 days (Note:Deliveries are estimated within 3-7 days across the USA. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to your tracking number to get the most updated delivery time for your package.

Q: “How can I track my package?”

Once the package has been shipped, we will send you a shipping notification email that includes your tracking number. To check the status of your package, click the "Track Shipment" button and it will redirect you to the shipping vendor's website. This feature allows you to track your package using the tracking code provided in the email. (Please check your spam folder if you cannot find it in your email)

Q: “My tracking shows delivered, but I never received it. What can I do?”

In this case, please contact the post office for more information. You can also check your mailbox, the porch, garage, doors and other locations where the package could be placed. And check with anyone who might have retrieved the package such as your family or neighbors. Sometimes postman delivers order to your neighbors.

Returns/Refunds & Warranty

Q: “What is our return & refund policy?”

Trideer gladly accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the time of delivery to request a return. Returns will only be accepted if the item(s) are UNUSED and in the original packaging. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Q: “How do I make a return or exchange?”

A return request will need to be submitted before returning an item. Upon requesting a return, instructions will be provided on how to complete your return. The instructions will include the return address but a shipping label will not be provided. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and may select your preferred shipping carrier.

Q: “When can I expect my refund?”

Once the returned item is received, our customer service will contact you within 2 business days to issue you a refund, gift card, store credit, or send you a replacement or the missing item(s). Once we issue your refund, it takes 3-5 business days for your financial institution to make funds available in your account.To ensure a timely refund, please kindly provide your return shipping number to the customer service representative who assists with your return. Q: “Which payment methods do you accept?”

We accept PayPal and Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Klarna) at the moment.

Q: “Will I be charged international bank fees?”

All orders will be checkout in U.S. dollars, even though you see your local currency on the product page. Once your bank pulls the funds, they will account for the current exchange rate. Your bank may or may not charge additional fees for international transactions. Please reach out to your bank for more information on any additional charges/fees.
