Our Trideer customer service team are more than happy to assist if you would like to return or exchange an item for any reason, any time! We offer free returns within 30 days of receipt. Refunds are issued by gift card, store credit, a different product,or a refund based upon the original payment method.
Please note, returns will only be accepted if the returned item(s) meet the "Return Conditions" specified below:
- Replaceor return a damaged, defective, or broken item. Despite the fact that our products boast of their premium quality, there is still a slight chance that unexpected problems or issues might occur before them leaving the factory or in transit. Feel free to return or exchange your order within 30 days from the day you received it without any additional cost.
Note: For any wrong, damaged, or missing item(s), please contact us within 10 days of receipt.
- If you purchase outside the U.S., you do not need to return your order in the cases above. Simply contact our customer service and communicate with us regarding your issue, and we will take care of your concern by sending the missing/correct item(s), issuing a refund/gift card/store credit, etc.
- Change of Mind Returns. We understand that in some cases you may change your mind about a purchase, and that’s why we offer a 30-Day Change of Mind Return Policy. You can enjoy this policy if your returned item remains “sellable”, which means it should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with the original packaging intact, and accessories and manual/workout guide included.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

- We send you a return label via email. Please print your return label and add it on your packaging for return.

If for any reason you are not happy with the product you received and would like an exchange or refund, please not that in the cases where you find the product wrong or damaged, or any accessory missing, we would kindly request you to contact us within 10 working days in order for you to get an exchange or refund.
