1.Begin by sitting with your right leg extended straight to the side, bending your left leg.
2.Take one loop of the yoga strap around the right foot and hold the other end in your right hand.
3.Stretch your left arm up over your head, and hold the strap tight. Your right shoulder away from your right ear.
4.Reach your left arm towards your right foot until you feel a stretch along the left side of your body.
5.Allow gravity to pull you closer to that leg, and make space in your left side body.
6.Hold as long as is comfortable and repeat on the opposite side for the same length of time.
