I needed a simple and light (foldable or portable) bench and this one has been perfect. It's light and easy to adjust. I have used it for bench, bent rows, military/overhead press and decline situps. I have been very impressed by its durability thusfar. I'm sure if you were power lifting 100s of lbs it might be an issue, but for simple/normal home workouts, this is more than sufficient.

I have seen a lot of these and they aren’t cheap. You really get a good value for money on this item. I have been using this ball for about 10 weeks now and it helps with pregnancy pains a lot. The pump was handy and made the inflation process easy. The durability of the ball is top notch. Same size as any other pregnancy ball I have seen and easy to store away.
