Delivery Regions

Note: We do not ship to the following U.S. areas: Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Europe Armed Forces, and Armed Forces of the Pacific.

Trideer Fulfillment Procedure

Here's how our fulfillment goes:

1) We process your order within 1-3 days after you place an order;

2) we manage inventory allocation, picking and packing;

3) the logistics company receives the order on the same day and arranges the delivery (will be postponed on holidays). The delivery time is subject to the type of Amazon logistics. It usually takes 3-5 business days. Please refer to the following table for specific timeliness after delivery:


Note:

1). We store our inventory and fulfill all Trideer orders from the Amazon fulfillment center, therefore, Amazon is responsible for choosing the best carrier it sees fit. Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be processed. You will receive an email notification upon the shipping of your order.

2). Orders from countries or regions outside the U.S. are fulfilled from other international warehouses, and are processed within 2-4 business days. You will receive an email notification upon the shipping of your order. It usually takes approximately 8-15 days for you to finally receive your order.

Shipping Rates

Note: Trideer's shipping fee is determined by the basic shipping rate, the remote area surcharge, and the customs clearance fee. For any order at $39 or above, no basic rate is charged. However, your shipment may incur additional costs.

Delivery Time

Note: In most cases, the package is delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to your tracking number to get the most updated delivery time for your package.

Address Correction:

Unfortunately, no address correction is allowed onceyour order is in transit. Please make sure your address is correct when you place an order.

More Than One Item:

We try to ensure that all your items reach you at the same time. However, sometimes our products are not always sent together as different shipping options are available (depending on the product). Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
